Elche — founded in 1958, winners of the Copa de la Reina in 2021, the Supercopa in 2022 and the EHF European Cup in 2024.

Sagunto — founded in 2012, the club won the Silver Division undefeated in 31 games during the 2017/18 season.

San Sebastián — a section of Bera Bera RT founded in 1983, ten-time Spanish champions and multiple Copa de la Reina winners.

Villava, Navarra — the club plays its home matches at the Polideportivo Municipal Hnos. Indurain.

Granollers — the women's section dates back to 1967 and reached the top division in the 2014/15 season.

O Porriño, Pontevedra — in the top flight since 2011, EHF European Cup finalists.

Málaga — playing at the Pabellón José Luís Pérez Canca, 2021 EHF European Cup winners, 2022/23 Spanish champions and two-time Copa de la Reina winners.

Elda — founded in 1985, a former four-time league champion and two-time Copa de la Reina winner.

Oviedo — an Asturian club playing since 1986, in the Liga Guerreras Iberdrola from the 2026/27 season.

Pozuelo de Calatrava — a club from Castilla-La Mancha, in the top flight for the first time from the 2026/27 season.

Telde, Gran Canaria — founded in 1978, the club reached the top division ten years later.

Logroño — founded in 2009, playing at the Palacio de los Deportes de La Rioja.

San Bartolomé, Lanzarote — founded in 1985, the club returned to the top flight in 2025.
