Alleghe (Veneto) — "Le Civette" (the Owls), founded in 1933 and winners of the 1992 Alpenliga; plays at the 2,500-capacity Stadio Alvise De Toni.

Canazei in the Val di Fassa (Trentino) — founded in 1955, previously known as HC Canazei and HC Fassa; plays at the Stadio Gianmario Scola.

Aosta — the club has no working website, hence Facebook; winners of the 2023/24 IHL Division 1 and IHL finalists in 2024/25 and 2025/26; plays at the Palaghiaccio di Aosta.

Appiano sulla Strada del Vino (South Tyrol) — the "Pirates", founded in 1981 with six Serie B/A2 titles; plays at the Appiano ice stadium.

Feltre (Veneto) — the "Picchi" (Woodpeckers), founded in 1995 and re-established in 2000; plays at the 2,500-capacity PalaFeltre.

Torre Pellice (Piedmont) — the club has no website of its own, hence Facebook; the original Valpellice existed from 1937 to 2018 and the Bulldogs were founded in 2019.

Varese (Lombardy) — the "Mastini" (Mastiffs), the only Italian club to have won a European competition (the 1995 Federation Cup); plays at the Acinque Ice Arena.

Brunico (South Tyrol) — the junior selection of HC Pustertal, winners of the 2025/26 IHL Division 1 and promoted; plays at the Intercable Arena.

Pergine Valsugana (Trentino) — the "Linci" (Lynxes), founded in 1982 with one IHL title; plays at the town ice stadium with a capacity of 1,500.

Caldaro sulla Strada del Vino (South Tyrol) — the "Hechte" (Pikes), founded in 1962; IHL champions in both 2025 and 2026 and winners of the 2026 Coppa Italia.

Cavalese in the Val di Fiemme (Trentino) — founded in 1956 and re-established in 1997 and 2018; plays at the Palazzetto del Ghiaccio with a capacity of 2,300.
