Lithuanian clubs in the Optibet Hokeja līga

Lithuania has no separate top league — its 2 clubs, Energija Elektrėnai (record Lithuanian champions, most recently in 2026) and Hockey Punks Vilnius (champions in 2022 and 2025), play the Baltic Optibet Hokeja līga in 2026/27 and decide the Lithuanian title between themselves.
