Kraków — ice hockey section of a club founded in 1906, twelve-time Polish champion (most recently 2017); named Comarch Cracovia in 2026/27.

Katowice — ice hockey club founded in 1964, eight-time Polish champion (most recently 2023) and runner-up in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Tychy — founded in 1971, Polish champion in 2025 and 2026; also plays the Champions Hockey League (CHL) in 2026/27, at home in the Stadion Zimowy.

Jastrzębie-Zdrój — founded in 1963, Polish champion in 2021 and five-time Polish Cup winner (most recently 2025); plays at the Jastor arena.

Toruń — plays at the Tor-Tor rink named after Józef Stogowski, named KH Energa Toruń in 2026/27; Toruń hockey won Polish championship silver in 1968 and the Polish Cup in 2005.

Nowy Targ — the "Szarotki", founded in 1932, record 19-time Polish champion (most recently 2010), back in the league for 2026/27 after a year away; the new operator has no website or active Facebook yet, hence the Elite Prospects profile.

Bytom — founded in 1946, six-time Polish champion (1984–1991), returned to the PHL in 2025/26; its women's team has won 15 titles (most recently 2026).

Sanok — the club continues the town's hockey tradition dating back to 1958, Sanok hockey won the Polish title in 2012 and 2014; plays at Arena Sanok.

Oświęcim — nine-time Polish champion (1992, 1998–2004, 2024), fifth in the European Cup in 1992/93; plays at the MOSiR arena as Re-Plast Unia Oświęcim.

Sosnowiec — founded in 1933, five-time Polish champion (1980–1983, 1985) and bronze medallist in 2025/26; plays at the Stadion Zimowy.
