Basingstoke (England) — founded in 1988 as the Basingstoke Beavers, renamed Bison in 1995; plays at Planet Ice Basingstoke with a capacity of 2,000.

Bristol (England) — founded in 2009, since October 2021 the club has played at the new Planet Ice Bristol rink in Cribbs Causeway.

Kingston upon Hull (England) — founded in 2022, continuing the city’s hockey tradition dating back to the Humberside Seahawks (1988); plays at the Hull Arena.

Leeds (England) — founded in 2019 as the Leeds Chiefs, renamed Knights in 2021; play-off champions in 2023 and 2026 and three-time regular-season winners (2023, 2024, 2025).

Milton Keynes (England) — founded in 2002 and re-established in 2019; plays at the 2,200-seat Planet Ice Arena, nicknamed the Thunderdome.

Peterborough (England) — founded in 2002 as successor to the Peterborough Pirates; plays at the Planet Ice Peterborough Arena in Bretton.

Romford (London) — founded in 1987, based in Leyton as the London Raiders from 2013 to 2018, and back under its original name since 2024.

Sheffield (England) — founded in 2010 as successor to the Sheffield Scimitars; plays at the 1,500-capacity iceSheffield.

Dumfries (Scotland) — founded in 1998 as the Solway Sharks and winners of the NIHL Division 1 National title in 2021; plays at the Dumfries Ice Bowl.

Swindon (England) — founded in 1986, winners of the 2025/26 NIHL National regular season; plays at the Link Centre.

Telford (England) — founded in 1985, folded in 1999, re-established in 2001 and back under the Tigers name since 2005; plays at the Telford Ice Rink.
