Cairo — Gezira Sporting Club on Zamalek island was founded in 1882 as the Khedivial Sporting Club. Its Facebook page and Instagram account both went quiet in 2021 and gsc.eg is only a members’ login page, so the link goes to the women’s team profile in the Volleybox database.

Cairo — Heliopolis Sporting Club was founded in 1910 and fields a women’s team in the 2026/27 top division. It has no website covering volleyball, so the link goes to its official Facebook page.

Smouha in Alexandria — the Horse Owners’ Club is one of two clubs entered only in the women’s league. It has no website of its own, so the link goes to its official Facebook page with 43,000 followers.
