Atlant Baranoviči

Baranovichi (Brest Region) — founded in 2010, playing home matches at the Atlant sports complex on Gagarin Street.

Zhlobin (Gomel Region) — founded in 2023, won the Belarusian Cup for the first time in 2025 and took its first league silver in 2025/26.

Kommunalnik-GrGU Grodno

Grodno — the team of the Grodnensky Kommunalnik club and Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno; the club was founded in 1993.

Kommunalnik-Mogiľov

Mogilev — the women's team of Kommunalnik (founded in 2006), fourth in 2025/26 after losing the bronze-medal match to Pribuzhye.

Lileja Novopolock

Novopolotsk (Vitebsk Region) — the women's team of the Druzhba club, founded in 2022; it competes in the league as Lileya-Novopolotsk.

Minčanka Minsk

Minsk — 13-time Belarusian champions (most recently 2025/26) and nine-time Cup winners; they also play in the Russian Superliga and join the domestic cup only at the final stage.

Minčanka-2 Minsk

Minsk — Minchanka's reserve team, bronze medallists of the 2020/21 Belarusian championship and 2020/21 winners of the Russian championship's Youth League.

Pribužje Brest

Brest — founded in 1991 (long known as Kovrovshchik), three-time Belarusian champions (2001/02, 2002/03, 2013/14); in 2025/26 they took league bronze and cup silver.

Žemčužina Polesja Mozyr

Mozyr (Gomel Region) — founded in 2006 with its own sports school; home matches are played at the Polesie Arena.
