Odolena Voda — four-time Czech champions (1993, 1994, 1996, 2004); the club was re-established after its licence moved to Kladno in 2004.

Ostrava — in the Extraliga since 2019/20; the club was based in Frýdek-Místek until 2024.

Kladno — formed in 2004 when the club moved from Odolena Voda; champions in their first season and again in 2010.

Ústí nad Labem — the club continues the tradition of Ústí volleyball, which won three Czech titles in 1995, 1997 and 1998 as VK Setuza.

Benátky nad Jizerou — a club with a broad youth structure, from the smallest age group up to U22 boys and girls.

Liberec — four-time Czech champions (2001, 2003, 2015, 2016); an army club founded in 1948 as ATK Prague.

České Budějovice — record eleven-time Czech champions (most recently 2024); the club was founded in 1944.

Karlovy Vary — founded in 2014, four-time Czech champions (2018, 2021, 2022, 2026), playing at the Mattoni Arena.

Prague — Czech champions in 2023 and 2025, runners-up in 2025/26.

Ostrava — Czech champions in 2006 and 2013; the team formerly carried the name of its main sponsor DHL.

Příbram — nicknamed the Tomcats, bronze medallists in 2001/02 and 2011/12.

Brno — the only South Moravian club in the men's Extraliga, runners-up in 2015/16.

Zlín — Czech champions in 1999; the club colours are dark blue and white.
