Kladno — the team of the Czech Volleyball Federation's National Volleyball Centre, a newcomer to the women's Extraliga in 2026/27; the club has no website of its own, so Facebook is its official channel.

Prague — four-time Czech champions (1997, 1999, 2005, 2008); the section was founded in 1957 as Rudá hvězda Praha.

Ostrava — in the women's Extraliga without a break since 2003; their best finish is fourth place.

Frýdek-Místek — Czech runners-up in 2004/05 and bronze medallists in 2003/04 and 2014/15.

Šternberk — founded in 1994, in the Extraliga without a break since 2009/10, playing at the Ecce Homo hall.

Liberec — Czech champions in 2020/21; they lost the 2025/26 final to Šelmy Brno 2–3 in the series.

České Budějovice — the club's women's section has existed since 2008 and plays in the women's Extraliga for the first time in 2026/27.

Brno — six-time Czech champions (most recently 2023) and Czechoslovak champions in 1990; the club of the Královo Pole district.

Prague — the women's team of the Prague Lions, playing their home matches at the UNYP Arena.

Přerov — volleyball has been played in the town since 1923, when the Volejbal Přerov club was founded within the local Sokol.

Prostějov — record eleven-time Czech champions and four-time winners of the Czech-Slovak Cup.

Brno — Czech champions in 2023/24 and 2025/26; they also won the Czech Cup in February 2026.
