The women's section of the official league site with standings, fixtures and news; the 2026/27 regular season starts on 2 October 2026, and Kuusamo (then Pölkky Kuusamo) are the 2025/26 champions.

Rovaniemi — the club (ArVo) was formed in 2022 by merging Woman Volley and Napapiirin Palloketut and took over Woman Volley's top-flight place; it plays at Santasport.

Seinäjoki (Nurmo) — the women's team of Nurmon Jymy, long one of Finland's largest volleyball clubs by membership; it plays at the Nurmohalli.

Kuusamo — the women's team of Pallo-Karhut, known as Pölkky Kuusamo until 2026 and competing as Pfeifer Kuusamo in 2026/27; four-time Finnish champions (2022, 2023, 2024, 2026).

Kangasala — a women's volleyball club in the top flight since 2010, Finnish Cup winners in 2013, 2014 and 2020 and three-time runners-up.

Pihtipudas — the team of Pihtiputaan Ploki (founded 1995), also known as Pislaploki and LiigaPloki; 2026/27 is its 24th top-flight season, played at the Pihtipudas-sali.

Salo — a women's club founded in 2008, Finland's most successful team with 10 titles since 2009 (most recently 2021) and the first Nordic club in the Champions League (2014/15); it plays at the Salohalli.

Huittinen — a women's team rooted in the sports club Vampulan Urheilijat, founded in 1946; it plays its home matches at the Tahto Areena.

Orivesi — the league team of Oriveden Ponnistus, a club founded in 1908; Finnish champions in 1997, playing at the Oriveden liikuntahalli.

Kuopio — the women's team of LP Puijo, Finnish champions in 2024/25 and cup winners in 2023/24 and 2025/26; since 2024 it has played in the underground Savilahti centre.

Helsinki — the women's team of PuMa-Volley (founded 1989), newly promoted to the top flight for 2026/27; it plays at the Lehto Areena in Tapulikaupunki.
