Greece's top men's volleyball league — 12 clubs, sponsored as the Novibet Volley League; Panathinaikos won the 2025/26 season and the new one starts on 24 October 2026.

Thessaloniki — Greek champions in 1997, the first club to break the Olympiacos and Panathinaikos duopoly; they play at the 1,500-seat Mikra hall.

Palaio Faliro near Athens — a sports club founded in 2014 that also runs athletics, weightlifting, women’s water polo and pétanque alongside volleyball.

Ermoupoli on the island of Syros — founded in 1981 and nicknamed "the Pirates"; twice League Cup winners (2011/12 and 2020/21), they play in an 870-seat hall.

Kalamata — founded in 1980, the club plays its home matches at the municipal hall on the Kalamata seafront.

Kifissia near Athens — winners of the second-tier A2 in 2006/07, they play at the 550-seat municipal Zirinio hall.

Nea Smyrni in Athens — Panhellenic champions in 1962 and 1964, the club plays in its own 1,200-seat hall.

Rethymno on Crete — winners of the 2025/26 Pre League, back in the top flight after 21 years; they last played in it in 2004/05.

Heraklion on Crete — fifth place in 2025/26, the club’s best ever, and a first entry into the 2026/27 CEV Challenge Cup.

Piraeus — founded in 1925 and Greek champions most recently in 2024; they play at the 1,800-seat Melina Merkouri centre in Rentis.

Athens — the men’s volleyball section was founded in 1919, among the first in Greece; champions in 2025 and 2026, they play at the 1,500-seat Mets hall.

Nea Smyrni in Athens — the club’s volleyball department dates to 1913 and won promotion to the top flight for the first time in 2025.
