Athens — Greek champions in 2012 and national cup winners in 2023; they play at the Olympic Village hall in Acharnes.

Thessaloniki — five Macedonian titles (1926, 1927, 1975, 1977 and 1982) and Greek runners-up in 2018; they play at the Mikra hall.

Ampelokipoi near Thessaloniki — founded in 1961, the club came back through the Pre League play-offs to the top flight, where it last played in 2016/17.

Markopoulo Mesogaias in Attica — founded in 1988, the club plays in the top women’s league under its sponsor name as Markopoulo Revoil.

Keratsini near Piraeus — competing since 1983/84, the club won the 2025/26 Pre League and went straight up to the top flight.

Piraeus — nine-time Greek champions, most recently in 2025, and national cup winners in both 2024 and 2025.

Athens — a record 27 Greek titles, the latest in 2026 when they beat ZAON in the finals series.

Nea Smyrni in Athens — winners of the 2026 Greek Cup; the club’s volleyball department dates back to 1913.

Thessaloniki — winners of the 2021 Greek Cup, they play their home matches at the Mikra hall in Kalamaria.

Voula near Athens — founded in 2000, the only club in the southern suburbs devoted solely to volleyball, with more than 200 players.

Santorini — founded in 2012, the club plays its home matches at the municipal DAPPOS hall in Karterados.

Kifissia near Athens — founded in 1962, five-time Greek champions (1974, 1975, 1976, 1980 and 1981) and 2025/26 finalists.
