Florence — rooted in Volleyball Arci San Casciano, founded in 1975, and playing under the sponsor name Il Bisonte. Between 1986 and 2022 the club was named Azzurra Volley San Casciano.

Pinarella di Cervia in Romagna — Polisportiva Adolfo Consolini of San Giovanni in Marignano, founded in 1970, plays at the local Palazzetto dello sport; it competes as Omag Consolini Volley 1907 and in earlier seasons as OMAG-MT and OMAG San Giovanni in Marignano.

Cuneo in Piedmont — a women’s club that took over the league rights of Cuneo Granda Volley, founded in 2003, in the summer of 2026. Its predecessor competed as Bosca San Bernardo Cuneo and Honda Olivero Cuneo, and most recently as Honda Cuneo Granda Volley.

Chieri near Turin — founded on 14 May 2009, its name recalls the founding year of an earlier Chieri club. It competes as Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76.

Conegliano in the Veneto — founded on 15 March 2012, record holders with nine league titles including the 2026 one. It competes as Prosecco Doc Antonio Carraro Imoco Conegliano, and in earlier seasons as Imoco Volley Conegliano and Prosecco Doc Imoco Conegliano.

Macerata in the Marche region — the Helvia Recina club plays under the sponsor name CBF Balducci. Its full competition name is CBF Balducci HR Macerata.

Milan — the women’s team of the Vero Volley consortium, runners-up in the 2025/26 season. The club is officially registered as Pro Victoria Pallavolo and in earlier seasons played in Monza as Saugella Team Monza and Vero Volley Monza; today it competes as Numia Vero Volley Milano.

Brescia in Lombardy — a club founded in 1999. It competes as Valsabbina Millenium Brescia and in earlier seasons as Banca Valsabbina Millenium Brescia.

Novara — AGIL Volley was founded in 1984 by Sister Giovanna Saporiti; champions in 2016/17. It won that title, and still competes, under the sponsor name Igor Gorgonzola Novara.

Scandicci near Florence — formed in 2012 by the merger of Savino Del Bene Volley and Unione Pallavolo Scandicci. The club is officially registered as Pallavolo Scandicci Savino Del Bene and competes as Savino Del Bene Scandicci.

Busto Arsizio near Milan — founded in 2000 as Futura Volley; champions in 2011/12. It won that title as Yamamay Busto Arsizio and has carried the UYBA name since 2017; it later played as Unet E-Work Busto Arsizio and today competes as Eurotek Laica UYBA.

Vallefoglia in the Marche region — the Megavolley club was founded in 2019. It competes as Megabox Ondulati Savio Vallefoglia.

Bergamo — founded in 2021 to keep top-level women’s volleyball in the city after the Foppa Pedretti family stepped away. It competes as ChorusLife Volley Bergamo.

Talmassons in Friuli — a club founded in 1991. It competes as CDA Volley Talmassons FVG.
