Grottazzolina in the Marche — M&G Scuola Pallavolo was formed in 2008 by the merger of clubs from Montegiorgio and Grottazzolina, which gave it the M&G initials; it plays its home matches in Porto San Giorgio as Yuasa Battery.

Macerata in the Marche — founded in 1984 as Polisportiva Montalbano Colleverde and renamed Montalbano Arena after a 1990 merger with Arena Volley; today it competes as Gruppo Fisiomed Macerata.

Ravenna in Emilia-Romagna — Gruppo Sportivo Porto Robur Costa was formed in the summer of 2013 by merging two Ravenna clubs; it plays at the PalaDeAndré as Consar Ravenna.

Reggio Calabria — nicknamed “La Furia Amaranto”, the club came up to Serie A2 as the 2025/26 Serie A3 play-off winner; it plays at the PalaCalafiore as Domotek Volley.

Lagonegro in Basilicata — Rinascita Volley ’78 was founded in 1978 and plays its home matches at the arena in Villa d’Agri.

Fano in the Marche — founded in 1964 by Giorgio Tonelli, the club plays at the PalaAllende as Essence Hotels Fano.

Naples — founded in 2016 in Aversa as Romeo Normanna Aversa Academy, the club now plays at the PalaVesuvio in Naples and competes as Union Napoli.

Reggio Emilia — formed in 2012 by joining Volley Cavriago, Correggio Volley and New Volley Scandiano, the club won the 2021/22 Serie A2 Italian Cup; it plays at the PalaBigi.
