Brașov — the women's team of the municipal multi-sport club CSM Corona Brașov, playing at the Sala Sporturilor Dumitru Popescu Colibași; it reached the second round of the CEV Challenge Cup in 2025/26.

Bucharest — the women's team of the municipal multi-sport club CSM București, Romanian champions in 2017/18; it plays at the Sala Polivalentă Elite Performance in Sun Plaza Mall.

Constanța — the women's volleyball team of the municipal multi-sport club CSM Constanța, playing at the Sala Sporturilor Constanța.

Voluntari — Romanian champions in 2023/24 and 2025/26; the club won its first medal (bronze) in 2021/22 and plays at the Sala Polivalentă Gabriela Szabo. It is entered in the league as CSO Voluntari 2005.

Bucharest — Romania's most successful women's club, champions for the first time in 1957 and most recently in 1989, bronze medallists in 2025/26; it plays at the Sala Polivalentă Dinamo.

Târgu Mureș — the women's team of the CSU university club of the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology, entered as CSU Medicina CNUE Târgu Mureș; it plays at the Sala Universitatea de Medicină. Bucharest — multiple Romanian champions, the first title in 1950 as Locomotiva CFR București and the 2004 title as AIBO Rapid-RATB București. Cluj-Napoca — the women's team of the university club U Cluj, bronze medallists in 1961 and 1962; it plays at the Sala Polivalentă Horia Demian.

Blaj — eight-time Romanian champions (most recently in 2024/25), runners-up in 2025/26 and CEV Champions League group-stage participants in 2025/26; officially CSM Volei Alba Blaj. The voleialbablaj.ro domain is blank, so the link goes to its Facebook page.
