Glasgow — the first men's team of Su Ragazzi, a club from Glasgow and North Lanarkshire that also has Forza Ragazzi in the Premier; it finished second in 2021/22.

Edinburgh — a joint team of Edinburgh Bears and Jets VC; the Bears began in 2013 as a Facebook community for Poles and are named after Wojtek, the bear of the Polish army.

Glasgow — Su Ragazzi's second men's team, formerly Su Ragazzi II; according to the club it has won the First Division and the Scottish Plate final.

Glasgow — Glasgow Metropolitan Volleyball Club, a long-standing community club; it plays its home matches at ARC: Health and Fitness.

Edinburgh — one of the capital's oldest clubs, active for 50 years; it plays its home matches at Liberton High School.

Prestwick — a club from South Ayrshire that plays its home matches at Prestwick Academy.

Aberdeen — the first men's team of Volleyball Aberdeen, the city's largest volunteer-run volleyball club.
