Vinnytsia — founded in 1996 at Vinnytsia Medical University and known as Dobrodiy-Meduniversytet-ShVSM until August 2026; runners-up in 2016/17 and 2022/23, bronze in 2024/25 and 2025/26.

Naftusja Truskavec

Truskavets (Lviv Oblast) — a spa town whose team is named after the local mineral water; newcomers for 2026/27 as 2025/26 Vyshcha Liha winners.

Polissja Žytomyr

Zhytomyr — the women's team of Zhytomyr Polytechnic, competing in the league as Polissya-Zhytomyrska Politekhnika-OShVSM; fourth in 2025/26 after losing the bronze-medal series.

Stryi (Lviv Oblast) — Super League newcomers for 2026/27, competing as Rys-DYuSSh (a team linked to the local youth sports school).
