crPrimera División (men)

Costa Rica’s top men’s competition, run by the Costa Rican Volleyball Federation (FECOVOL). The 2026 season began in April; San José Voleibol won the 18-round regular season and the second phase is now being played in two groups. The 2025 season was won by Cartago Voleibol.

Grecia (Alajuela) — the volleyball teams of the Comité Cantonal de Deportes y Recreación de Grecia. It has no website of its own, so the link goes to the official Facebook page of Grecia’s volleyball teams.

Alajuela — the men’s team of the Comité Cantonal de Deportes y Recreación de Alajuela (CODEA). The volleyball page on the committee’s website does not load and the team has no volleyball social media account of its own, so the link goes to its Volleybox profile with roster and matches.

Turrialba (Cartago) — a men’s Primera División team, sixth in 2025. It has neither a website nor an active Facebook page, so the link goes to its official Instagram.
