mx Liga de Voleibol Profesional (men)
The men’s competition of the professional LVP Mx, which the FMVB federation granted the exclusive right to organise professional volleyball in Mexico on 5 April 2025. The league will officially launch its first season, 2026, on 28 September 2026 in Zinacantepec; Chihuahua and Gigantes de Aguascalientes withdrew before the start.
mx Liga de Voleibol Profesional (women)
The women’s competition of the professional LVP Mx, first played in January 2026 with six teams. The first season was won by Coronelas de Durango, who went unbeaten through the regular season (20–0) and beat Tapatías de Jalisco in the final; the 2027 season, with eight teams, starts on 14 January 2027.
