Puerto Rico’s top men’s competition (LVSM), organised by the national federation since 1958. The 2026 season, with six teams, starts on 23 October 2026; the 2025 champions are Cafeteros de Yauco. Changos de Naranjito hold the record with 24 titles.

pr Liga de Voleibol Superior (women)

Puerto Rico’s top women’s competition (LVSF), founded in 1968. The 2026 season was won by Cangrejeras de Santurce, who swept Leonas de Ponce 4–0 in the final series; the 2027 season starts on 8 January 2027. Pinkin de Corozal hold the record with 19 titles.
